Rally Your Troops! (#2)

Here's a photo taken at a 2006 Capitol rally in favor of Referendum I: a ballot initiative that would have legally allowed same-sex couples to form domestic partnerships. It was defeated statewide at the polls, with a vote tally of 53% against and 47% for. The costumed partisan in the photo is dressed as Downtown Denver's "Cash Register Building" (the Wells Fargo Center):
